I can't view my website.

In these cases, the first thing to do is to check whether it is actually a server issue or related to your own connection.

To verify this, you can first check if the server hosting your account is unreachable by visiting our public page on the status and uptime of our servers, available at the URL https://stats.uptimerobot.com/71QN8IV9N.

Another way to verify this is through the Host-Tracker website (https://www.host-tracker.com). Open the homepage, enter your domain, and click "check" or "controllare." After a few seconds, you will receive feedback on your site's accessibility from various locations.

If it is accessible from some locations but not from others, the issue is not with our server but rather a network problem at an intermediate node. In such cases, it often suffices to wait for the administrators of the malfunctioning node(s) to resolve the issue. In most cases, there is nothing we can do.

If, on the other hand, it is accessible from all locations but you still cannot view it, it is likely that your IP address has been blocked by the anti-intrusion system. In this case, if you have a dynamic IP, simply disconnect your router for a few seconds and then reconnect it. If you have a static IP, you can open a ticket and provide it to us so we can add it to the whitelist. If you do not know your IP address, you can find it at the URL https://ilmioip.tiscali.it
