For security reasons, on shared hosting it is not possible to access MySQL databases from outside our network. The opposite is also not possible, meaning you cannot access an external MySQL server from one of our shared hosting accounts.
If you have this requirement, we suggest considering the purchase of a VPS or Cloud hosting.
